What's in the free preview?
Tell us your business name and email. We read your public Google reviews, show you the replies Revicast would post to three of them, and turn one 5-star review into a branded video so you can see exactly what would post. Nothing is posted anywhere, and there's no card or sign-in.
Do I need to film or write anything?
No. Videos are made from the words your customers already wrote, in your logo and colors. Replies are drafted for you. You choose whether things post on their own or wait for your OK.
What if I don't get many new reviews?
Revicast reads your past Google reviews when you connect, so your schedule fills from day one. Pick the older 5-star reviews you want as videos, or let it use the newest ones whenever a posting day is open. New 5-star reviews always go to the front of the line.
Can it run on autopilot?
Yes, on every plan. Turn on Autopilot and videos post on your days by themselves. Prefer to check first? Approve-first holds each video for one click. Replies to good reviews post on their own at the star rating you choose; reviews of 3 stars or less always wait for you.
Do replies help on Google?
Google's own help page says positive reviews and helpful replies can help your business stand out. Replies also show people reading your profile that you listen. Revicast makes sure no review goes unanswered.
What happens with a bad review?
Revicast drafts a calm, polite reply that invites the customer to reach out, and holds it for you to edit or approve. It never argues and never makes a video from it.
Which platforms do you post to?
Facebook and Instagram, as Reels. Your Google Business Profile gets a photo from the video, since Google doesn't take videos there.
Will it post too often?
No. You pick the days: 1 a week on Starter, 3 on Growth, up to 5 on Pro, at the time you choose. One video per posting day. When lots of good reviews come in at once, the extras line up for the next open day, and your Schedule page shows which review goes out when.
Can it change what my customers said?
No. A video only uses the reviewer's exact words. If a quote doesn't match the review word for word, no video is made.
